The location was near the places I was to attend.
My room was not correct on my arrival, AND I WAS NOT SATISFIED. THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS TRYING TO PUSH ME OUT THE DOOR I HAD ALREADY BOOKED THIS ROOM A MONTH IN ADVANCE I CALLED TWICE TO ASURE MY ROOM ALSO IF THE HOT TUB WAS WORKING BEFORE I PAID FOR MY NON REFUNDABLE ROOM ,HE KEPT SAYING HE DID NOT HAVE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT THEY DID I WAS GIVEN THE ROOM THAT I WAS ACTUALLY THINKING I PAID FOR I ENDED UP PAYING MORE ! My receipt did not have my order of any room, just a payment VRS HIM CORRECTING THE MISTAKE due to the lack of training or the booking transaction. I ORDERED DOUBLE ROOM SUIT AND HE SAID I ORDERED A KING SUIT . And we witnessed a car jack in the parking lot . The staff was rude with breakfast and also the housekeeping . My mother had hurt knees she could not walk they would not clean her room due to her not leaving it. WE WERE THEIR FOR 4 DAYS AND THE BREAKFAST ATTENDANTS WOULD GIVE CERTAIN PEOPLE TRAYS I WAS MAKING BREAKFAST FOR MY FAMILY,THEY WATCHED ME GO BACK N FORTH VRS OFFERING ME A TRAY WHEN I FINALLY ASKED I WAS GIVEN A DIRTY ONE THE LADY HAD AN ATTITUDE . ALSO, SO DID THE MALE WHEN I was ordering BREAKFAST. HE ALSO HAD THE TRAYS AND DIDN'T OFFER any or have any out. The food was old and was hard the French toast every day. No pancakes, none of my kids like French toast. It showed pancakes on the pictures. The toilet overflowed, and the shower head had fallen off. My TV didn't have a remote. The front desk didn't really answer the phone when I called to fix a couple of these issues. The floors were sticky in my room, and the cabinesttes were lose only had 2 cups to share. They offer 2 free drinks, but I don't drink. I asked for coffee that was out in the lobby it ran out and they said they would have to charge me .

Clean room , we felt safe, clean pool and hot tub, customer service was great! I would definitely stay here again!
The over price charge of parking! $29 is too much! And it’s in addition to the $50 charge for damage fee. I know you get the 50 back but it should be instant not days later and still $29 for parking is too much!

The staff was great, they had great attitudes and were willing to help out with any questions we had. The room, while not up to date, was very quiet and clean. The shower and hot tub were a very nice and somewhat rare addition to the room, well worth the money.
I wish the room was more up to date, the TV's they had were nice but the rest of the room felt outdated and old, but not in dirty kind of old. I also didn't like how they charged for parking that was hardly private or protected, if I'm paying for parking I expect my car to be safe throughout the night.

Good looking facility. Very clean & modern. Breakfast was fantastic, nice evening snacks & beverage. Room was nice & clean enjoyed 2 rooms traveling with gkids. Pool was good
