Easy check-in, room size, bed was comfortable, made-to-order omelets were fantastic.
Reception food was stale and lacking. The worse we’ve experienced at any Embassy Suites.
Toilet overflowed, took awhile for someone to come up to work on it—they did a good job of fixing it but it didn’t seem like it was sanitized after the fix but before we came back to the room.

Hotel was amazing. We were stuck in Dallas when all over 1000 flights were canceled. We had nothing no luggage no bathroom stuff. The hotel took us to walmart to get everything that we needed. 10/10 for the hotel staff

Location was convenient and beds were comfortable.
Some stains on the carpet and something orange on the wall in the bathroom. The parking garage gate did not want to open with our key.

Parking was convenient. Room was dark because of good blackout curtains. Room was quiet.
Building needs updating. The bottom of the bathroom door was tattered. Bath tap didn't efficiently pass water to the shower and drainage was awful; at the end of the shower there was 4 inches of water you had to stand in. Washbasin also didn't drain leaving toothpaste foam covering it. Insufficient staff at breakfast and in reception.
