The staff was so nice! Every day I walked in I was greeted kindly. And even got a second cookie later in my stay which as someone with a sweet tooth that was very exciting.
The only thing I can think of is how freeeezing it was on the third floor for some reason, but obviously that’s not a huge deal

Bar was nice, but didn’t open until 5pm
Bed was dirty when we arrived. Had them change sheets. Coffee maker didn’t work. Kindle was missing after stay. Called to see if found and was told it was not there.

Easy check in. Great service and loved the chocolate chip cookie they give at check in.
Check out is at 12pm and housekeeping came at 8am waking us up to clean and we had the dnd on our door

It's right near the major freeways, so you can get to DFW, Plano, or downtown Dallas all in about equal time. Top notch breakfast.
A bit noisy. We were there for a soccer tournament, and they were pretty lenient on letting kids run around in the halls, etc. It wasn't bad but something to factor in depending on your goals.

It was a lovely property with wonderful staff. We felt very welcome and our room was upgraded due to bet fit our circumstances. We will definitely watch for the Doubletree Hotel in the cities we visit. Thank you!
Our shower curtain sagged, causing the curtain to continually fall to the middle. It allowed water to escape on either end. We let the concierge know and I am sure it will be addressed..
