The room is spacious.
I expected much better from this property. While the check-in process was fine, the room itself had major cleanliness issues. The sink was actively moldy, which is both gross and a clear sign that housekeeping is cutting corners. It completely ruined the experience for me. Until management seriously addresses their cleaning protocols, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition to that, they charged us after we left $3 for a bottle of water! There is no complimentary water. This is such a cheap move to do.

I love this place it was close to our event and most everything else, I was surprised by the parking fee, but overall it was clean and nice place.

CLOSE TO GALLETIA AND THERD IS A SHUTTLE SO YOU DONT NEED TO STRUGGLD THROUGH TRAFFIC TO DRIVE THERE!
WELL ... WELL ONE VERY TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE IS HOTEL NAME THERE ARE AT LEAST 3-4 HOTELS WITH THE SAME NAME IN DALLAS METRO AREA.... SO IF YOU ARE TIRED AND IT IS LATE AT NIGHT & RAINING... YOU USE GPS YOU GOT TO BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!! ONCE I DROVE 2 HOURS TO GET TO THE RIGHT HOTEL!!!!! IT IS DARK TOU PHONE IS ON S DASHBOARD YOU DID NOT READ THE ADDRESS GPS MAY TAKE YOU TO DIFFERENT HOTELS .... WHEN I TOLD THIS TO THE RECEPTIONIST THEIR RESPONSE WAS FLAT "I DONT REALLY CARE -READ GPS CAREFULLY..." BUT IS IS RAINY NIGHT HEAVY STORMY NIGHT AND I AM VERY TIRED....". - SIR, IT IS YOUR PROBLEM READ SMALL PRINT, CAREFULLY" RESPONSE WAS HEARTLESS CLOSE TO BEING RUDE!!!!
