Location, clean, the ability to text for assistance.
Not a dislike but while breakfast was delicious, it wasn’t free. I would’ve preferred to go try a restaurant for brunch instead.
No hot water on last night of stay, so we ended up leaving a day before checkout.

Very nice location the staff was awesome
My first night was great great view. My second night was horrible. Didn’t have no hot water. The whole time kept getting the runaround. It’ll be fixed in 30 minutes than an hour and a half and it never got fixed during my stay made it very hard to relax and get clean

Staff at breakfast cafeteria was very attentive, smiley, and welcoming.
The service at the front desk really has room for improvement. The checkin experience was not pleasant. The lady was just talking to me with a poker face the entire time.
Also I don't like that there is no bottle opener in guest rooms, and they also do not allow us to borrow. The front desk said we had to bring all our glasses to the front desk for them to open, because they feared that guests would steal the opener away. I think this is really zero trust for customers, also the hotel can establish a borrow system if there are really theft cases happening in the past.
