Location to hospital, friendly staff, felt safe, very nice inside
It looks a little sketchy from the outside, but it’s very nice inside. No microwave was odd, but not the biggest deal since our stay was short

The beds were comfortable and they always had hot coffee in the front lobby, grocery store and several place to eat in walking distant from hotel.
on going construction of the rooms starting at 7:00 am . Stayed for 9 days no turn over service giving even though i asked for it on more than one occasion. Front office staff would take the request but no one followed through, came down several times during my stay just to get fresh towel and toilet paper. by the end of my trip i had a large pile of used towels sitting in my room, hoping every time i would leave that they would be gone and new towels would be hung in the bathroom. hotel staff needs to be retrained in customer service and the Manger on site should be more hands on.
