Pleasant
The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning in the room worked good. The parking lot was well lit.
The room had a distinct smell when you went in the room, but didn’t notice it after you were there awhile. The elevator was dark and hot, several lights were out. Did not care for the breakfast.

Lift/elevator didn't work for the entire 3 nights 4 days stay. Breakfast wasn't great, didn't even have a facility wherein we could come and have a coffee anytime

Close to my son's house! Price is right. Beds are comfortable.
We did have an issue with the sink not draining, they came the next day and didn't fix it, but removed the drain mechanism so it didn't clog.

It was next to a gas station
Dirty! Room 108 had pubic hair in the bed, semen on the coffee table and the bathroom door doesn’t shut
When I confronted the front desk she said I could not be moved to another room yet there were less than 6 cars in the parking lot.

That it was a store next door
First the hotel was being remodeled and we didn’t know. When we arrived we thought it was closed. We got the lady didn’t want to add my reward points to my sisters account. The room smelled of mildew thank goodness for the balcony because we had to keep our door open because the smell was real. The tub filled up with water while showing, the floor had a stain was scared to place our bare feet on the floor. We definitely could have stayed somewhere else. The breakfast sucked they were completely unorganized, everything about the breakfast was wrong. If you stay just avoid it all together

The interior of the 1 bedroom was great. Wonderful 50's-60's decor. Amenities were great.
The location was not really safe. The motel had cut back on many of their services-- no room service and only breakfast.

I was not able to check in until 4:00pm which was disappointing. Regarding the room, the lighting at the sink was dim. In addition, there is no full size mirror anywhere in the room which is surprising considering most hotels now have them.

Way to find and free parking
The facility was being renovated. The room itself was a combination of nice updated and cheap repairs. Seems clean but old and dated. The room initially had a smell I believe was coming from the air conditioning unit.

Location. Homeless people wander around the vicinity. Feels it's not a safe place to stay
