I was not able to check in until 4:00pm which was disappointing. Regarding the room, the lighting at the sink was dim. In addition, there is no full size mirror anywhere in the room which is surprising considering most hotels now have them.

Wonderful
I like the comfort of the hotel. I also like that it is safe.
I saw a stain on the carpet and some of the bed linen could have been cleaned a little better. Most of all, it was clean.

The room was very comfortable and the view was nice
The deposit is not listed on the site. I have stayed at Westin and they require 100.00 this Westin requires 200.00. That was a surprise. The parking is confusing. We had to walk thru the mall in order to get to the hotel as there was no parking designate

Toilet wouldnt stop running until MY HUSBAND fix it. Toilet was not clean. Shower had mold had to go buy mold cleaner. Couch had a stain and candy stuck to it.

Our room smelled moldy and was not very clean. The bistro was not open our first day, they said it was being renovated, then it was open the next day with no changes.

The location was the best part of the hotel.
The night staff was horrible. Charged my card twice after I explained that I already paid.Had to be switched to 3 different rooms due to mold.My key card did not work so I had to get it exchanged. Spoke with manager and he is very unprofessional. Terrible

This hotel is dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged, there was blood on the bathroom door, and a very bad musty smell in the room.

The balcony
The staff was rude. There there was NO CLEAN TOWLES. when i asked about the towels the man at the front desk told me to wait until tomorrow. I was there for 2 days. I was out all night and needed to shower and he act like he didnt care. Do not book!
