This hotel was amazing ? 10/10 nobody was judgmental me and my family had a relaxing time from arriving to leaving it was soo nice check in was smooth front desk was super helpful on anything wonderful security guards and just over all great felt safe and loved the balcony ?

The location was excellent. It was peaceful, quiet and overall had a warm and safe feeling to the area. There were people jogging, a pond with wildlife and a big nice heated pool. We loved how the room felt like you were in a home and not in a hotel.

This hotel offers an excellent opportunity to stay in shape during the holidays. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. What stands out as outstanding are the spa and gym facilities with great staff, the outdoor track and swimming pool. The spa offers a number of wonderful services such as massages and facials. Also, the location is convenient to many activities in Dallas. I will try to come back in the summer.
The hotel is older though nicely maintained. They do not have an indoor pool which is a problem in the winter if you enjoy swimming. I was able to swim only a couple of times.
The staff at the hotel were not helpful or interested in providing any information.
However, the staff in the spa and exercise area were super helpful and friendly.

Nestled in the beautiful park with artificial lakes this old school boutique hotel is the oasis of peace, tranquility and rest. Rooms are large, quiet and comfortable, with everything you need for a good night's sleep. There are also plenty of options if you want to get active. There is one mile walking trail around the property. It is surrounded by the trees so you can use it all year around staying in the shade. There are two crystal pools If swimming is your sport of choice. For the fitness and weights lifting lovers there is a state of the art fitness center with a spa-like locker room.
This place is my first choice when visiting Dallas.
