The room was great

So the location is sketchy. The staff are unpleasant and not accommodating or friendly m. The room smelled. They tried to charge $100 deposit upon arrival . I walked in viewed the room and walked back out

It was reasonable and close to my location.
Hotel is old and fairly run down. Ac loud and not on when we entered the room. Had to close off the bedroom to cool it down enough to sleep.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures and the as very dirty and every room had a weird smell to it. I did not want to sleep here. There were homeless people all outside of the building and some were even able to get in and hang out in the stairwells

Disappointing
Room is very humid. Bathroom has mold, specially around the tub area. Installations and furniture are very old. The sofa/bed very uncomfortable.

Poor
The room itself wasn’t bad. It was relatively close to my performance venue and other family functions.
It was pretty loud, doors were slamming all night. 2 fire alarms went off the first night I was there (which I’m grateful they did they’re job) but I guarantee it was just because people were smoking. This defeated my whole purpose of staying in Dallas— I wanted quiet because my families house was pretty busy at this time. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. On my 2nd day, my sister and I planned on stepping out to grab lunch and the SWAT team was rounded up outside in front of the hotel?? Apparently there was someone dangerous there that they’d just recently found… I decided to pack my stuff and check out early (I had a 3 night stay). Thankfully I was refunded for the last night but I would’ve liked to be refunded for the whole time. I had a pretty rough experience.

Very Poor
The poor guy working the desk was very nice considering what he’s putting up with at work.
I could have done without the semen stains all over the couch in the room. There were literal hookers with their dates in the lobby.
This is not a hotel. It’s a prostitution hub.

Rooms smelled like smoke . Not extra pillows given nor blankets . Elevators getting stuck and making a lot of weird noise . Need maintenance

The check in process and staff were great. The room itself could used some improvements just for esthetics. The sink had some graffiti on it and the paint job was obviously rushed in the bedroom.

The location was very unsafe. The rooms was unsafe and not sanitize, and the rooms need a lot improvement. very unsafe for any Children to stay a night in.
