Nothing. Homeless people living in parking lot
Homeless people living in parking lot walking around and found drugs in room next to where my child was sleeping.!!!
Also asked about indoor pool before I booked and we get there and it’s the same temp as outside. Not heated at all like I was told

The tv didn’t work the first time because they didn’t have a certain remote to take the ad off the tv. Maintenance man was nice enough to come fix and offer a discount, but the front desk didn’t apply it of course

Disappointing
Breakfast was ok, you get what you pay for in that regard. Great location. Easy to park and check in. Room was spacious
My room key stopped working after 1st night for no reason, elevator is VEY slow, Air conditioning was suboptimal, slow machine, dated, the whole hotel needs a facelift. This is where you go to save money, but frankly, it wasn't that cheap either.

This place is a budget inn. It should be a 50/night hotel at most. Breakfast was equivalent to school eggs and sausage with some cereal. The free wifi was terrible and makes you watch an ad. That ad can't be worth more than $1 but they want you to sit through it.

So the location is sketchy. The staff are unpleasant and not accommodating or friendly m. The room smelled. They tried to charge $100 deposit upon arrival . I walked in viewed the room and walked back out

Hotel is old and fairly run down. Ac loud and not on when we entered the room. Had to close off the bedroom to cool it down enough to sleep.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures and the as very dirty and every room had a weird smell to it. I did not want to sleep here. There were homeless people all outside of the building and some were even able to get in and hang out in the stairwells

Room is very humid. Bathroom has mold, specially around the tub area. Installations and furniture are very old. The sofa/bed very uncomfortable.

The room itself wasn’t bad. It was relatively close to my performance venue and other family functions.
It was pretty loud, doors were slamming all night. 2 fire alarms went off the first night I was there (which I’m grateful they did they’re job) but I guarantee it was just because people were smoking. This defeated my whole purpose of staying in Dallas— I wanted quiet because my families house was pretty busy at this time. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. On my 2nd day, my sister and I planned on stepping out to grab lunch and the SWAT team was rounded up outside in front of the hotel?? Apparently there was someone dangerous there that they’d just recently found… I decided to pack my stuff and check out early (I had a 3 night stay). Thankfully I was refunded for the last night but I would’ve liked to be refunded for the whole time. I had a pretty rough experience.
