Front desk was great. The valet guy, I believe his name was Stacy, was exceptionally friendly and just a really great guy. The breakfast was good. And I loved the shower! Great water pressure! Loved sitting out on the terrace. Enjoyed being out there at night overlooking the city.
The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. The bathroom got too steamy and warm and I didn’t even have the water real hot. Sweated while I applying lotion afterwards. Also, an outdoor pool would have been nice.

Walking distance to everything. The stores, sight seeing, and the Katy trail.
The amenities for example the laundry should be free to each room. I believe it should be.

The beds, the decor and modern look, the rooftop bar was such a vibe!! We had a room with the terrace, which gave us a great view. And the staff was great
The master light switch controlled all the lights in the room, so we didn’t know how to turn on the light for the bathroom in the middle of the night without turning all the lights on

Modern contemporary hotel that was really beautiful. Our room was wonderful and we especially liked being able to close the door in between the large bathroom/entry to the bedroom since one of us had to get up early. Lots of space to get ready.
The parking situation isn’t great unless you want to do valet parking. You can park on the street, but there are restaurants and workout facilities that are busy with their own patrons. Beautiful safe area though…

Location was convenient and room with terrace was really nice. Bed was one of the best we've come across on vacations. Valet parking worked nicely. Breakfast was good, the quality varied from morning to morning, so I can't say it was excellent.
Reception needs a motivation booster, or an acting class where they learn to make it at least look like they're interested in the guests coming through the door. Can't say anything about the Freeride's (downstairs restaurant) dinner because we waited 15 min for staff to arrive one evening, but no one in reception, restaurant, nowhere.. And last but not least, we checked out 12 days ago and I'm still waiting for the receipt that was supposed to be sent by email. Have contacted the hotel via Booking.com and their sales email, dead silence, not impressed.
