I like nothing about this property. We killed so many roaches in the bathroom and saw and killed so many roaches in the kitchen. The toilet overflowed. I would like a refund. I have never stayed in a place. I felt like roaches were going to crawl on me.
I did not like the roaches in my room. I believe this is the first place I’ve ever stayed where there was roaches in the room.

Staff was kind
Had to switch rooms due to the shower not working. Our second room had roaches and smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff was okay, actually but the overall cleanliness of the place was subpar.

The room size was nice and I appreciated the kitchenette
The air conditioning didn't work and even after maintenance came the room stayed at 74. The staff did not care.

Affordable, clean property grounds and dog friendly
The day that we got there, the AC stopped working. We had to call the front desk multiple times they had a service tech come out, but he was on the phone the entire time and it never worked during our stay. I asked for a manager to call me back and never received one I even did a follow up call and never received one it was 80° in our room the entire stay with our kids and our dog.

Dirty washcloth left in shower. Cockroach running along the wall. One bed is uncomfortable. Advertised as 2 rooms ,but was only 1 real room and an extra bed in the living area

The staff was amazing?
The rooms smelled very bad like wet carpet and mold the ceiling had a bad patch job the bathroom are super small the TVs need updating the couch was very dirty there was no cover for the couch bed the air conditioner smelled like a bunch of dirty they have no breakfast and the hall ways smelled like gasoline and motor oil the location has a lot of people walking around homeless people and drug users not a in a good location this will be my last time staying here.

It is very close to the airport, it has a shuttle, and the shuttle is available 24 hours.

When making it to the room, we noticed the door had dents as if someone had kicked it repeatedly. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the refrigerator also had dents in it as if someone had punched it. The door to the bathroom does not close completely. The nozzle that turns the shower on does not work properly. We left our room around 11AM and returned around 5PM and noticed our room had not been cleaned and we did not have any fresh towels. When we called the front desk they told us we had to bring down the dirty ones to get new ones. When we got down there we asked why the room had not been cleaned and they said the cleaning ladies had left for the day. As we were leaving again, we were going to take the elevator but a gentleman came up the stairs and let us know that it was stuck on the 2nd floor. When we returned, the elevator was still not working properly. There are a lot of these that need to be replaced/ upgraded. Our window in our room also had a crack in it. The iron also did not work and we had to request a new one.
