Customer service horrible she act like she didn't even want to be at work we were told we're going to get a deposit back within 2 to 5 business days and now we're told 10 to 15 we can't even book with y'all again because we have to give you another $100 which is not happening terrible terrible terrible

I experience Force entry with a weapon by maintenance staff and Manager Alisha Camp involving a minor child. Along with Illegal Lockout and unlawful eviction. As a result my child and myself are suffering severe distress and housing instability.
