We got a great clean room without the smell of cigarettes. Special thanks to the manager for making it possible even when we arrived at 3 am.
This stay was great, no complaints. Make sure to request non-smoking rooms.

The cleanliness of the property.
The front desk service. It was hard to get any help when we arrived. No one was at the front desk. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come help us. The front desk clerk was rude and sarcastic.

Location was great by a lot of restaurants and shopping areas
No remote to the tv, spider web on side of bed, couldn’t fine the dishes because they were still in the dishwasher from the person before me. When checking in the front desk person looked at me and continued her conversation with another employee that was leaving for the night 4mins before she decided to help me Check in only BECAUSE I said do I need to come back.. 11pm

Location and ample parking was amazing. The suite had great amenities…cook top, full size fridge, dishwasher, nice bathroom fixtures
The check in staff member was mediocre and not very friendly, although non-smoking signs are everywhere and our room was “non-smoking”, it smelled like an ash tray was hitting you every time we walked through the door into our room. I have no doubt it was cleaned well. It looked very clean… just had that awful cigarette smoke smell. The elevator inspection was expired.

Nothing At All!!!!
Everything about the hotel!!!! When I pulled up Dallas police & ambulance was outside… That should have been a red flag but I said it’s hot…. someone probably fell out a little heart stroke…. Trying to give the hotel the benefit of doubt….Always go with your gut instinct…
