Location and staff
The room wasn’t completely clean , had to go buy Clorox to clean jacuzzi and tub. Towels had stains. Ants in room from chips. Room located at the back door and people coming in and out.

The price on Booking.com. The hotel was clean and the second day staff were very accommodating.
My first night stay Aug. 1 the need for an ironing board was requested. When I ask for one I was told there was one in every room, when I advised that I didn't have one in my room but needed one the night clerk advised me to return to the desk after 8 pm to ask his replacement for one because he did not know where they were. Upon coming back after 8 the same night clerk was still there. I need it for the next early morning event but never receive a it. They could have got one from a vacate room since the young lady was so sure that every room had an ironing board as she so confidently shared with me.

Noisy people jumping around upstairs, the AC was loud and the room was not really clean. Bed had a stain on the comforter and a little mold/mildew in the shower that could have been cleaned with bleach

Most of the staff was nice. The property was centrally located to everything we wanted.
We had a situation in the pool twice were a child was with an underage sibling swimming while the parent stayed in their room on the second floor with the window open. This young child was jumping on people in the pool, dragging around the life ring. He jumped on my niece and the rope of the life ring wrapped around my youngest daughter. The manager was brought out both times. The first time they left the pool before she arrived, the second time she spoke with the children about behavior, told my sister the young boy was autistic and didn’t understand when we asked him not to do things. But nothing else was done. They continued to let the behavior happen. The young boy also went into the hotel alone.

Staff was nice, gym was open 24/7
Half the equipment in the gym were broken or not working, also it has a big window, giving anyone walking in the hall way an opportunity to enjoy the show I guess.
I left my room for 7 hours, nobody came to clean, breakfast was very mid and as a woman traveling solo, I did NOT feel safe getting out of my room after dark. Water fountain and vending machines were far from my room, and after seeing a random man sleeping in one of the benches in the hallway, I decided it was safer to go without water for the night.
The room itself was kinda clean, but the equipment needs an update. The fridge was broken, and the shower curtain didn't close all the way. Also, most outlets were covered, so it was hard to plug in my appliances. I think for 90$ a night you can find better accommodation.

I can not give an accurate review because I wasn't able to stay. I sent an email to corporate regarding my frustration and disappointment. I don't have the energy or the desire to repeat the situation. But I was nice enough to forgive and not blast it on Google reviews or any social media platforms. But I will never stay at this establishment or recommend it to anyone. However, the front desk staff were patient and tried to help. I think management could've shown a little mercy and consideration.
And that goes for my experience with booking.com, which I've used for years. But not anymore. Customer service was awful and very very frustrating. Just thinking about this situation is giving me negative vibes. But I thank God I got my money back. I pray that no one else experiences what I experienced. My time with my son was ruined. On Mother's Day of all days. My son and I had exciting plans for that area. The perfect location at a reasonable rate! But had to leave the hotel in the dark after midnight and we were tired and had to eat cold pizza in the lobby while I was trying to resolve the situation for almost 3 hours! Anyway, I'm done rehashing. Just please do better.
