Good location for us. Good breakfast.
The room was in a noisy part of the building. Next to an exit door that slammed shut all hours. The shower head was broken and the staff did not repair after being asked to do so.

I can not give an accurate review because I wasn't able to stay. I sent an email to corporate regarding my frustration and disappointment. I don't have the energy or the desire to repeat the situation. But I was nice enough to forgive and not blast it on Google reviews or any social media platforms. But I will never stay at this establishment or recommend it to anyone. However, the front desk staff were patient and tried to help. I think management could've shown a little mercy and consideration.
And that goes for my experience with booking.com, which I've used for years. But not anymore. Customer service was awful and very very frustrating. Just thinking about this situation is giving me negative vibes. But I thank God I got my money back. I pray that no one else experiences what I experienced. My time with my son was ruined. On Mother's Day of all days. My son and I had exciting plans for that area. The perfect location at a reasonable rate! But had to leave the hotel in the dark after midnight and we were tired and had to eat cold pizza in the lobby while I was trying to resolve the situation for almost 3 hours! Anyway, I'm done rehashing. Just please do better.

Staff was nice, gym was open 24/7
Half the equipment in the gym were broken or not working, also it has a big window, giving anyone walking in the hall way an opportunity to enjoy the show I guess.
I left my room for 7 hours, nobody came to clean, breakfast was very mid and as a woman traveling solo, I did NOT feel safe getting out of my room after dark. Water fountain and vending machines were far from my room, and after seeing a random man sleeping in one of the benches in the hallway, I decided it was safer to go without water for the night.
The room itself was kinda clean, but the equipment needs an update. The fridge was broken, and the shower curtain didn't close all the way. Also, most outlets were covered, so it was hard to plug in my appliances. I think for 90$ a night you can find better accommodation.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Addison/Dallas Hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The cleanliness of my room, particularly the bathtub, was unacceptable. I had to shower in a dirty tub, which was not what I expected from a hotel at this price point.
Additionally, the housekeeping service was lacking. Despite my constant request for cleaning, the people at the front desk would lie and say they are sending someone over to clean, but my room had not been cleaned in 2 days! The sheets were not changed. I also noticed that the curtains were torn and in poor condition, which added to my dissatisfaction. Given these issues, I do not feel that my stay was worth the $350 I paid.

My husband and I’s experience wasn’t That great. There should be an emphasis on booking.com that there will be an extra charge that the facility uses as a security deposit during the stay. The security deposit that wasn’t mentioned on booking was $100. They give it back after your stay but what if I had the extra money for food or something? That is unacceptable not to inform someone before their stay. I wasn’t prepared for that. Also, there were no towels. They expected us to bathe with huge towels—very uncomfortable by the way. The air conditioner was not working properly. Staff was sweet and didn’t mean any harm…just doing their job. There’s just a lack of resources. Lack of proper communication. It was clean enough and for what it’s worth…it smells nice. To be fair you get what you pay for truly. SN: the waffles that are self serve during breakfast hours taste so good!!! The highlight of our stay.
