Poor
The staff was excellent.
How can you be a hotel and NOT HAVE TOWELS available for the people staying there. We went to the front desk twice and they claimed they had no towels. This is the day of arrival and the morning of departure. But when I leave I see the maids with towels.

Location is good. I liked the view of the pool. Ambience of the room was good. Quiet place to stay.
The directions to the room were not clear(the signs). No Exhaust in/out of the bathroom. We were two people but were not provided two soaps. No mat adjacent to the bathtub to clean legs after shower. Mainly the bed was the worst(it's a sinking matress). Could not sleep on that bed(I recommend to buy Zinus Memory Foam bed- they are really good).

Couldnt check in when arrived 4:30 PM, trash on floor in room once we could then smelled cigarrette smoke all night.

I have stayed here for a few times since I travel to the area monthly for work. Each time i have stayed the front desk clerk named Ree gas been amazing. She is super personable and friendly! Thank you Ree for making me feel at home when im away from home!

Easy access, great location, great price. Stayed on a Sunday night and noticed how calm and quiet it was.
When I went to check in, nobody was at the front and there was no sign or anything. Employee returned after 5-10 minutes. Other than that, perfect stay

The Best Western is on a nice side street away from traffic and a block away from all kinds of restaurants.. The rooms are large and clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. The building is very well maintained.And the parking lotis very well lighted.
No real complaints. The breakfast could have been better. when I ate there was no yogurt and almost no fruit.The key entry to the back door was broken allowing non-guests to enter.
