Wonderful
The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice walk in shower.
The breakfast was very nice.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
And a bonus being an Indian restaurant right on the doorstep, which served delicious food.
Nothing to dislike.

Location was okay
Dirty floors, noisy, killed several bugs. Had to move into a new unit my second night because the A/C in the first one rattled so loudly I couldn’t sleep. In the new room, the flip lock on the door was broken and someone tried to open the door while I was asleep. Felt so unsafe that I couldn’t sleep again.
There’s a room labeled “fitness center” but is just full of cleaning equipment. If they require a $100 deposit from everyone who stays here, then why can’t they even fix the locks on the doors?

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable, top floor was peaceful
Towels were very wore out, some basic repairs could be done for visual esthetic, like the a.c. vents replaced they were very broken. Nothing else was really bad. Do wonder why the room next door had clearly been battering ram busted in but I'm just nosey

Didn't end up staying here after everything was all said and done.
Honestly the experience wasn't that great, all the guests were just kind of staring at each car that pulled up it felt like i was is the barrio. Lobby was closed and it had to interact via a window as if i was at a gas station in the hood, despite the location being in uptown dallas. and then on top of that a full $100 deposit on top of the room fees and everything was just not acceptable to be in this place. The only plus side was that the staff member was actually really sweet and was very helpful.

WiFi wouldn’t connect. Mini fridge leaked everywhere. We only had one towel. The floors were dirty.
It needs to be cleaned and properly stocked.

easy access and great location
The room was clean-ish but worn. the hotel needs an update and the staff at the counter needs to speak better english. Communication was difficult.

Disappointing
Good location
The first room we were given was hotter than outside temps. The window unit was not functioning. The room also appeared dirty, there was still soap on counter, no mattress topper, and bedding had dirt and bleach stains. We were given a second room after much discussion with front desk staff which had functioning window unit and cleaner linens.
