The toilet was running all night, people were walking back and forth all night, Room service didn't clean my room but 1 day and we stay 3 days, no clean towels. The man on night shift was very rude

I have to travel to Dallas from Amarillo at least once a month to see my Specialist. My and my mom and daughter have chosen this hotel as our go to. Always clean always friendly a good breakfast and the beds are awesome
I had to make a last minute change my reservation and when I called booking.com I had to argue with an AI for almost 15; minutes to get to an actual live agent. The AI wasn't understanding what I needed to do. The hotel staff was patient thank God.

Yes, the room was very clean, sheets, towels, etc. It seemed to be an older hotel, so the wear and tear is expected. Location good
I had an awful experience to check in. I have made a reservation for my husband and me. The account is under my name, but I couldn't get a key because the room was under my husband's name. Its degrading and ridiculous. Apparently I would have to sit in the lobby at 10 pm and wait for him to show up, if we would not arrive there at the same time. At the same time there was an another customer that could not get room, because his ID was "not good enough".
Breakfast food - powdered eggs and questionable origin sausage. Nothing to get exited about.
