How close it is to so many other business. Staff was very friendly and helpful as can be. Lastly, it felt very homey.

The cleanliness
The staff at check-in charged me for additional $400 for a room that was prepaid for. I couldn't get my funds back and was told to use it at the hotel. Horrible experience

Rooms was well kept, Breakfast was Good,cooks were friendly
Bar was Close didn’t know that the reason I booked the hotel. Pool close too early could enjoy family around the lite fireplace that didn’t work. Air didn’t cut back on after 3:00am got hot, No Microwave

Parking. Compared to other hotels in the area, the parking rate was lower, still it is an added expense.

Wonderful
The location was good. The beds were so comfortable.
There was no views of the city. All we could see was the side of the building next to us. The house keeper walked into the room 1 hr before check out. She knocked twice then walked in without permission.

breakfast was simple , location was good but you need car to see the other side of city, free parking available in front of hotel but soon get booked!

It’s clean!
The security guard is very creepy and look at my wife with undressing eyes. Then he found my room saying the TV was to loud. I’m thinking did he think she was by herself.

Rooms were nice.
There was so much noise in the hall from 2:30-3:30. The air handler on the AC made lots of noise. The room didn’t have sufficient amount of coffee or creamers in the room. The hotel staff put us at the very end of the hall, very far from the elevators.
