Staff is AMAZING..!!
I have stayed plenty time NO complaints I don’t know if the housekeeping skipped our room but it was hair in the shower the walls was disgusting the door to loving room area from bathroom needs to be clean majorly and the walls, other than that it was ok, I don’t really want to complain because i have NEVER had a problem till last night

I wasn't aware that housekeeping didn't come daily. I had to go to the front desk to retrieve fresh bath towels. Also, someone on the floor was smoking weed you could smell in the hallway.

It was a convenient location for what I needed
There were no bath towels in the room. Only one face towel and a shower mat. I had requested the room for two adults. The room itself was very far away from the front and it was unmarked while other rooms had numbers by their doors. Elevators need servicing and are out of date. They are not out in the open and are pretty unnoticeable. The noise level was very high. A lot of constant banging,stomping, walking, yelling, and screaming. The noise didn’t settle until about 2am. The staff seemed okay and I’m sure they would have tried to accommodate in some way. However, I had a short turnaround trip. I was busy same day as check in so I didn’t have time to check for things that should have already been done. When I got back to my room I was ready to eat and rest to get back up early and leave. Didn’t have time to request/wait for towels at 4am when leaving in 30 minutes. Overall worst stay at this location and won’t be back.

The location was perfect for where I had to be. The set-up was nice. The pool was very pretty. The sitting area was very nice and comfortable.
The way you could hear everyone's conversation through the walls and as you pass in the halls. The bed had a really bad stain on the mattress. Made me feel really sick and dirty. There was real bad stains on the couch and food on the floors.The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. She never greeted me with a smile. And when I asked a question, she was really short with her words as if she didn't want to answer.
