Everything. The place is secured even at night. With amazing hot breakfast and amenities ( we didn't managed to use but we checked them out). The receptionist for morning and night are really nice- i forgot their names but they are very helpful. Thank you for making our first time stay a great experience. The rooms are big and clean

Disappointing
The size of the room was great could have used another tv in the room where the bed was. very close to Six Flags that was a plus, bathroom was plenty of big AC worked Great in both rooms
Breakfast wasn't bad but it could have been better! Had to wait on food every morning as they didn't prepare for the hotel being full of Baseball kids!
Didn't like the fact that I had to call the front desk Several time about kids running up and down the hallways all day and late in the night (11 pm) and felt like nothing was done about it even when i ask if there were cameras on the floors so that they could address the parents!! They trashed the place!
Swimming pool was very small and very out dated!!

The customer service team was awesome and very responsive to my request. Thank you for all of your hospitality and support. Breakfast was great a variety of food to choose from. Property was clean well maintained . Safe place to come stay if you’re looking for something fun to do. Six flags is literally across the street from the hotel.
Only thing I didn’t like was the toilet needed to attended to as soon as we checked in the room. Had to go get a plunger from the front desk twice service the toilet ourselves. Also the fridge little door wouldn’t close inside.

It is close to diverse entertainment venues around Arlington. The facilities were clean and the continental breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food to choose from.
The breakfast area was a bit overcrowded at times and some of the tables with the little seats were too close to the next person over seats so it was hard not to bump into the other guest eating

The location was great.
Right when I entered the building, it was very humid and hot. The beds were hard. The outlets didn’t work, I picked up the phone to call the lobby to advise them and the phone didn’t work ! So we had to inconveniently walk downstairs to inform them while also having to grab towels. My kids were really excited to go swimming, after visiting the pool, it was sooo tiny not enough room to do anything and a min of people. The water was very cloudy that nobody from the hotel I seen swimming. I was very displeased considering I’ve been to plenty of yalls locations. My kids were looking forward to swimming the whole time and as a mother I decided it wasn’t hygenic enough for them.
