The Red Roof Inn exceeded all expectations! The room was spacious and immaculate, the bed incredibly comfortable. Mike at the front desk was friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay!

Room is clean and larger than usual places Staff are really helpful as I forget my baby cat in room as she jumped out of my bag while, But when staff found it the took care until I be back, am happy they reach me out or else I would have lost her for being negligent

Sheets were clean and soft, no bed bugs. The morning desk clerk was kind, as was the previous evening's. Lighted parking gave us a bit of reassurance that our vehicle was safe. Dogs welcomed. Air conditioning worked well.
There were dirty shoe prints on the walls, the wall behind the sink was crumbling, pieces on the counter. The bath tub was spotted, afraid to shower in it, so I didnt. The bed was squeeky. The previous tenant 's black hair was noted in two locations. Upon arrival, four police cars were in the parking lot, six officers present. We were fearful and sleep was broken. Hinges on the bathroom were heavily rusted. Dirt and grime in the corners. The laminate flooring was separating and damaged. The neighbourhood was scary. None of the above was mentioned in the advertising. The building was even painted a different color. False advertising.
