Disappointing
For this hotel to be right next to the parks mall, I thought it would look nicer but it looks like cheap cleaning with new paint(not a nice paint job) marks on the wall, carpet missing in the hall, bed too close too the wall, etc. It was cheap and I hope it gets remodeled. Being from another home state and moving to Texas, I wouldn't recommend any family from out of town stay here.

Not a thing !
First floor under construction! Only one elevator and stairwell were open to use . Very dirty and the room smelled bad and flop was sticky ! Went back to front desk for refund and I left !

When we arrived since we was staying one night they charged me the room like normal. When I tried to leave they tried to charge me 3 times for the room that was already paid for. They informed me that one room was charged but not the other one but I have proof of both transactions.

It was clean and great location
No A/C had to change to a different room and it still didn’t work right also the tv didn’t work. The bathroom sink had a leak. No smoke detectors and that is illegal I would think. The second room only had one bath towel.

Wonderful
Hotel was convenient to the locations we were visiting. Walking distance to several shopping stores. Choice of restaurants within walking distance also.
We did not like the free breakfast offered. Very bland and simple. Apples was the only fruit offered. Eggs were not appetizing. Make your own waffles was good. Apple juice, orange juice and milk were offered.
