Very Poor
I liked the location, it was very close to a lot of popular restaurants and entertainment places. The maintenance staff was also very friendly.
Checking in was a hassle and we were not given the room we had booked. It felt like we were a bother from the get go. The pool was physically green and almost had an algae consistency, hot tub didn’t work, the ceiling dripped water the entire stay, you can physically see the bubbling of moisture all over the ceiling. We asked to change to the room at the top floor we had booked but we were given the 1sy floor, I paid extra for a high floor.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
I was surprised there was no option of a free breakfast with the cost of the hotel. The bed was super hard and there was no latch for the shower door so water got all over the bathroom floor. There was also no hand soap provided for the bathroom.
