It was ok but we encountered bed bugs. My brother woke up with bed bug bites all over him. I informed the staff and we were given another room. We woke up the next morning with roaches on the bed. We had expected to enjoy some breakfast and coffee and they had no service at all like they had advertised. Our stay at the hotel was very poor. I do hope they can improve their situation.
The hotel needs to fumigate the beds for bugs. The roaches are out of control.

Did not even see the inside of the room! We opened the door and was punched in the lung with tuberculosis !! Started gagging from the smell! It was a super shady area with lots of red flags!!! I felt like I was gonna be unalived if I stayed. False advertisement is an understatement!!!!

The friendly staff at the front desk
The location, didnt feel safe so we had to leave and book somewhere else. All of the beautiful sites of the hotel and the rooms on the website was not what I saw in person.

Location
Room wreaked of cigarette smoke & weed even though supposed to be a non-smoking room. Stains on the bed spread, had to request another one and was given thin blanket. Dried vomit in the the stairwell that looked like it'd been there awhile. Just a gross place for nearly $100.

Location was great. I was only going for the Cowboys vs. Raiders game, so I checked in and left (after I got febreze) to make sure the smell was tolerable when I got back.
I asked for a non-smoking room. However, it seems I got a smoking for some reason. I had to go buy febreze as the smell was that bad (I dont smoke so) The restroom ceiling felt like it was going to come down at any time (paint and ceiling chipping). Also, I came back late and we had bugs. Will need to get an exterminator. To be honest I wouldve asked for another room, I just didnt have the chance to see it, till I came back. It was so late. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures. I should have though, one of the worst places Ive stayed at by far. Especially for what I spent. The picture of the property is nice in comparison to the actual property. It has definitely changed.

Staff was friendly.
The facilities were in bad shape. The elevator in our building was not working and our room smelled like pot. We didn't request a room change because we were only staying one night for a concert (thus, spent very little time in the room), but we were disappointed with this stay overall.

King bed was comfortable.
The property is disgusting. It looks nothing like the photos advertised. We got a bad feeling even driving on to the property with broken down cars in the lot and kids riding bikes at the entrance. It was obvious people live on property. Walking to our room we could smell pot all around the building. When we opened the door to our room, you could immediately smell smoke. It was so bad that my eyes burned the entire stay. When the air would turn on, the smell of skunk weed would pour into the room. The bathroom felt like a an old convenience store restroom. When we explained these things while checking out, we received blank stares as if they were unaware. However, I was so disgusted upon arrival that I started looking at reviews on the property website and everyone seems to agree its nasty and nothing like the pictures. A Barry White will respond as a representative of the property and apologize, but what good is that and obviously nothing is changing. Sounds a lot like a Sorry we lied about what to expect. We have stayed in a lot of places in Arlington and this room was the worst! Save your money and mind and stay somewhere else.

The staff was nice and the room was clean.
There were bags of trash laying out everywhere, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming inside and outside of the rooms. My kids were terrified if the guests.

the convenience of the location
its a weekly motel with a basketball court right in the center of all the rooms lots of people just loitering at the picnic tables and basketball court no security didnt feel safe the parking lots were very dark no phones in the rooms the carpet was dirty the upholstery on the desk chair was torn and old
