15 min from the office.

How rude management was on how it’s ok for dogs to pee on the floor and create bacteria and was asked to vacate the property because my pet that I travel with is a snake. Mind you a snake that’s in an enclosure that’s locked so there’s no way it could escape. I asked the front desk that I didn’t want any services, due to that I also travel with my Texas registered firearms.

Convenient. Close to where we needed to be and plenty of food choices nearby. Not too far from the interstate either.

For starts, having to pay $50 for event parking was a bummer. Considering it wasn’t mentioned in the description before making the reservation. Upon entering our room we went to call customer service for the location of the ice machine and we noticed our room phone had no cord plugged into the wall rendering our room phone useless. When we went downstairs to let the front desk people know they just nodded their heads and had no solution or an extra cord to help us out. The elevator only going up was an issue as well. It would not come to the floor if you called it, you would have to take the stairs down. Had us wondering how handicapped folks made it up and down or were they just stuck once they got to their floor?

The location was awesome for the event, and there were no infestations.

They blindside you with a change of $50 for parking horrendous that should be known before booking. Everything was wrong with the bathroom from mold, leaky faucet, water pressure not working, no hot water because the so-called hot water tank needed to be reset the whole night per employee, and the tub had cracks so water leaked other floor. Don't get room 320. The phone didn't work, so you could not contact the front about issues, and if you did call from your cellphone, the line was busy, or the worker could not and refused to accommodate you or be helpful in anyway. The whole hotel needs to be remodeling to Motel 6 regulations. The Patel family should feel dishonor to have this property in their portfolio.

The shower / water pressure was awesome. Bed VERY comfortable and great location. Staff was fabulous. I would stay there again with no issues.

Did have to ask for towels. None in room but staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is walking distance from the stadium.

The room only had one towel for the bathroom. Lucky find the cleaning lady who give me two more. Also don’t know I had the pay for parking at the hotel.

Extremely dirty all over the place. A/C was disgusting, shower was full of hair upon our arrival, bed sheets were stained with what looked like urine. We were also put in a double bed room instead of a 2 queen bed room. Had to go to the front to change rooms which was very inconvenient.
