How quite it was , you didnt hear the loud traffic. The bartender was AMAZING
I stated in my reservation we would have 7 people. We needed 1 more blanket, but because everything was booked out they didnt have spare ones. Also breakfast should be inputted into the price per head in the 1 room instead of adding to the room.

The location was good.
When we got in the room, it was 80 degrees inside. We went to Walmart and bought a fan, and the room finally cooled off. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and only had 4 barh towels. Went to the clerk and told her, and 30 minutes later, I got more towels. One key didn't work to pool room and when I went and told the clerk, she wasn't too friendly about it and didn't give me a good key and I had to go back a 2nd time before I got another key. The pool room was too dark and hot inside. Probably won't go back there. Kids swam some, but it was too hot for us to stay inside to watch them. Was a nice hotel, it's a shame it wasn't comfortable.

Rooms were clean and ac in working condition. Service was good. Lobby area was hot. Restaurant service was also good. Really appreciated the free trolley service.
I was not okay in finding out that upon checking in that there is a $50 per person Incendiary fee which will be returned in 7-10 business days if no incidents are found. Would have been good to know ahead of time so we could account for extra funds. It really put a dent on my older son who brought his two daughters with him. He was charged $150. Also, did not like that rooms did not have a microwave. They are available upon requests. However, this is how the process goes. You request a microwave which will then be delivered to your room. The person who delivers it, will set it and plug in for you. This same person will wait for you to heat your food or whatever you intend to cook/heat up. When you're done, same person unplugs microwave and removes from your room. Very awkward and uncomfortable. Also, would have been great if complimentary breakfast was included. Breakfast for adults 14.99 and children 10.99.
