I did not stay at the hotel because the facility rooms were unsanitary and dirty. I was first put into Room 321, the tub was dirty and dull covers and pillows were dirty. Then they switched me to Room 311, and it was worse, it had dirty towels still left in the bathroom, the carpet was not vacuumed. Then they switched me to room 215 And the bidding had brown soiled and pubic hair on it. I asked for my money back and still have not received my refund or 100.00 deposit back. The front desk was not helpful at all and tried to down play my feelings.

It was off and out the way, the facility was a great size, the rooms are amazing, and the price is decent.
The entrance is alil iffy to me but that’s it based upon what I did use of the facility. My room key wouldn’t stay activated so I had to go to the desk. Other than that, I believe the Lux will be my new hotel of choice.
