Drove 6 hours from Odessa to Allen just to be told as we walked into the hotel that the room booking had been canceled earlier that morning, we got there at around 10:45 pm, and that the hotel had failed to call or email to notify about the cancelation. Ended up having to hunt down another room somewhere else at almost 11 at night with 2 young children, and needing to be up early for one of the children to compete with taekwondo. WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER ROOM AT THIS HOTEL.

We were in Allen for sport competition. Athletes have very early morning, 6 am. schedules. Wished that the breakfast time started earlier than 7am.

Breakfast was great. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet!
I did not know about the ( burger)event that was happening ahead of time and made plans elsewhere. Would have liked to know that it was happening ahead of time. Next time I will definitely ask during reservation!
