The location. The cleanliness. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable.
When I made coffee in the room and I opened both creamers they were spoiled curdled. The sofa was worn that when I sat on it , it was like sitting on the floor. I was surprised that the tv was not a smart tv so that I could use my apps.

Breakfast was very good. Quiet room. Having ethernet was a bonus. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
Charging for parking in an area like this is beyond chintzy and stupid. Sofa is too old and needs to be replaced. The fitness room lacks a universal weight machine. Slow internet. Kitchenette should have four of each eating item.

Good location, pretty pool, room size was great. Towels at the front desk for the pool. Very kind staff and patient guests.
Pool had toilet paper floating around, leaves floating all over, really dirty. The upstairs 2nd floor hallway was smelly and hot and right out of The Shining. Not enough towels for the amount people we booked in the room.

I asked for a king's suite since I was going with my partner. I got a double queen one, when I asked for a change they said they were overbooked and that I could only ask Booking for a refund. They were not nice about it.

Breakfast was great. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet!
I did not know about the ( burger)event that was happening ahead of time and made plans elsewhere. Would have liked to know that it was happening ahead of time. Next time I will definitely ask during reservation!

Breakfast was excellent, everything kept clean, good variety of food, always restocked, coffee was excellent.
Gym, some of the machines didn’t work, but I was happy a treadmill was working so I could get my steps in.

I love the room and value--it was a huge suite that looked like a two bedroom apartment. It was perfect for my massive family.
The staff kind of sucks. They weren't particulary rude, but they were not pleasant. I called down and asked for an extra set of bedding--you would think I asked for a kidney or something. Lady tells me she'll bring some up, hangs up on me, and then never brings my extra bedding. On two occassions, I went to the front desk and just wasn't greeted--lady with tattoos on her upper chest/shoulder area just sort of looked at me like "ok, what do you want?" Again, not overly rude but just kind of unpleasant. This same lady was also not very good at communicating--I asked her about an early check in when I first arrived to town and she was borderline incomprehensible. This would be an excellent place if the staff was better.

Great price, location next to ihop , great kitchenette , well equipped , king size bed, feather pillows, fabulous breakfast daily .
Front desk staff hard to locate, no one took trash out of the rooms or brought towels. We had to ask for more coffee, trash bags and towels. We took our own trash out . Not a big deal , but we expected at least minimal service . People were leaving dirty towels and trash out in the hallway floors because staff did not attend to those tasks. We only took 1 photo of the laundry issue but this was a daily issue on multiple floors and days .

I would like to see the return of the american breakfast - bacon , plain eggs , home fries , bananas , and glass bowls for cereal .
