Disappointing
The hallway noise, thin walls, tiny refrigerator. There is only one ice machine on the 1st floor and it was on the far opposite side of where our room was.
The shower layout is set up so you have to walk into it to turn on the water and get sprayed with cold water. Then there is only a half shower door so water sprays out all over the floor creating a really dangerous and slippery situation.
The patio door was broken and we had to have maintenance come fix it.
The air conditioner makes these strange, loud noises like someone is banging on the window.

We were stuck in Dallas due to Winterstorm. Finding the property and checking in was matter of minutes. Flawless operation during a chaotic night.
The property and the operation outdoor and indoor was clearly prepared in advance and was not effected by the Arctic storm front, it could not be said about DFW metroplex municipal authorities.

Location great. 6-minute drive to my job site along with the great amenities.
There was no shower door. Had to clean water up every time I showered. Hallway was always freezing like air conditioning was on.

I like the fact that the property was very quiet and it was a great place to rest.
What I didn’t like from the stay is the fact that there were ants in my room where we sleep I took pictures also the sofa seats were uncomfortable and hard another thing I didn’t like was that on Thursday August,14,2025 there was no warm water to take a bath in room 232 I had to take a bath with cold water and it was not a good or warm experience. For what I payed I think that we deserved better other than that everything was fine.

1. Bedbugs in the convertible bed
2. The rate was listed with breakfast but there was no proper breakfast available. Just limited pastry options that were not fresh
3. Loud people in the corridors late at night disturbing sleep
4. Loud air conditioning unit that woke us up each time the fan turned on.

They are very accommodating and leave us alone pretty much most of the time which is the way we like it

I've actually been here a while they kind of keep me alone and leave me alone at the same time and make sure I'm taking care of at the same time which is the way we like it
Maybe just make sure ice machines are working Etc there's only one on one floor each floor should I say and some sliding glass doors open others don't not sure why
