You get what you pay for here. I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. You get a room, with a bathroom, the AC worked, some channels on the tv worked. Shower leaked water EVERYWHERE and took 10 minutes for the water to warm up.
The staff don't care about you or anything. I think they own the hotel and are just there to collect your money. Didn't have housekeeping come by once in the 7 nights I stayed. Shower leaked everywhere. Light pouring in from the door jam and wind sill.

Staff was rude, waited 30 mins at check in because Staff said I had not paid tried to charge me after I paid online. The first room that was provided recked of smoke/mildew. The second room was not swept I had to ask staff for a broom, linen turned inside

Room wasnt quiet. Didnt get the bed I reserved. It was loud barely got any sleep. Front desk was extremely rude. No shampoo conditioner or soap. Sheets didnt smell clean at all. Blankets werent warm. I will never stay here again and I am fighting for compensation for not recieving the room I reserved and paid for. Front desk lied to me about policies.

Location.
Hotel smelled like Curry when you walked in. No continental breakfast as described online. Coffee only.dirty and stained furniture.

close to addison shops
Check into the room. Holes in wall, dirty, shower didnt work, towels dirty, moldy fridge that did not work, mattress had cuts in it, no phone in room.. maintenance doesnt even have mops they use a stick and a towel. I have video and photo proof of all

Location. Women and older man that work there are nice and helpful. The younger man that was there over the holiday was very rude. They only give you toilet paper in the morning so dont ask late at night.

Nothing.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. Manager made me extremely uncomfortable by asking me over and over again if my boyfriend was coming to stay with me that night even though I booked for just myself. He came in my room to check my fire alarm and only looked and lingered around asking me if I was sure I would be alone that night and refused to refund me when I checked out even though I didnt stay because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. DO NOT STAY HERE

The windows in the room actually open
Upon check out I was told that a towel was dirty ( I spilled a soda and used a towel to clean it up)this was said to me I did not keep a clean room as if they were not going to Wash the small hand towel and told that I would pay a double deposit
