The bed was very comfortable. Although it had window units it was very cool which was good.
Water damage, strong musty odor in the bedroom, very poor water pressure in the shower, the shower head makes it hard for women who don’t want to wash their hair every shower, although the owner said the hot tub had tablets in it, I just couldn’t use it as it appeared to be dirty. The outdoor laundry room smelled like moth balls.

Overall it was very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable which is very rare for a rental. Hot tub was really nice and relaxing. Cabin was roomy and very clean. Location was wonderful. Only about 15 minutes from attractions in Pigeon Forge.
There was a planned internet outage according to Xfinity that lasted about 12 hours, so had no tv / internet service all evening and early morning. The futon to sit on and watch TV in living room was very uncomfortable. TV in bedroom did not work. Only station that was available to watch was an infomercial station. The light outside on the front porch needs to be a bug light. Too many bugs when entering or exiting the front door at night.

We really liked sweetpeas overall and we will gladly recommend it to others. We did have to do some cleaning with the floors and counters which wasn't an issue at all, but the only thing that we really noticed was the window air units smelled very bad for some reason. Other than that it was very comfortable, very relaxing and the commodities there were great.

Absolutely NOTHING!!! Cockroach Infestation and filthy. Every. Dog food on carpet, hair in fridge food and dirt in every single drawer and cabinet, had to stir all our food in the fridge, Oreos were expired in June/July that was on a welcome tray !!!??waking up to live cockroaches on our body. Needs a total remodel and fumigation! Such a sad and depressing experience!!!
