The location, room size, breakfast.
The doors on the hotel rooms slammed causing major disturbances. The exterior of hotel was messy and entry ways to elevators were neglected.

Clean and my room was spacious! The pool was also open in March (outdoor heated
Basement parking was not safe. The metal strips are popped up and the other parking the ceiling you drive under had hanging parts

The location was great & in proximity to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful although there was only one person working when we checked in and she was a little short handed.
We requested top floor away from the elevator but we were on the 3rd floor near the elevator. There is no ice machine in the lobby area & the only one working was on the 4th floor.
