Location. The balcony room overlooking The Island was really nice.
Parking was a bit odd. You park in a back parking lot across the street. It wasn't terrible, just a little odd.

I liked everything. We were right in front of the Island and walked over there a few times. It's in a convenient location for everything.
The breakfast was good but could have been better with more choices.

My husband is physically challenged and the room we had was perfect for him! I just wish it was closer to the elevators. The location is perfect. It’s central to everything we like to do.
There’s not enough handicap parking. Those spaces should be assigned to the room numbers that are specifically designed for people who need them. When you have trouble walking, it’s difficult parking across the street and walking to the hotel. I would suggest having more than one person cleaning a floor. When we left at 10 to go to the Island, the cleaning lady was three doors down from our room. When we came back at 1, she was only one room closer.

The breakfast was great, you are with in walking distance of the Island, and they have a tram pick up in front of the hotel.
The electric outlet near the bed would not keep my phone charger connected.

Room was comfortable. Temperature and bedding.
Very noisy due to proximity to Parkway and constant emergency vehicle sirens and "race cars" revving up and down the Parkway at all hours. Elevators often smelled of "weed" after others left out of, including left "garbage" behind inside the elevator and it was still there later on that afternoon.
Housekeeping did not refill cups and coffee after use, nor toilet paper. We were out of cups, and at the end of the last toilet paper roll, and when I called front desk, was told I could get cups from the breakfast area. My husband had to go get the items we had ran out of. Never stayed in a hotel that didn't replenish daily. This location should get advice from Biloxi, which is top notch. Will not stay at The Island location again.
