It was our Anniversary, and my Husband couldn't sleep in the bed. I had picked a bigger room with a separate bedroom, that's not what we got. Saturday there was a dog in one of the neighboring rooms that wouldn't stop barking.

We like the location of the room and the frie4ndlisness of the staff. Hotel is clean.
We were traveling for my daughter's 10th birthday and a big part of why we chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool however was closed for repairs. I wish we would have been notified prior to arriving and given the option to cancel at no charge. I would have booked elsewhere.

I had to leave a day early due to a family emergency, and had no wifi to let you know to cancel my last night stay there. The hotel would not credit me for the third night that I didn't stay there and had to go through your establishment. Can you credit my card for the one night please?

The King Suite was very roomy with over 500 sq. ft. The breakfast offerings were plentiful. Close to Dollywood. The price was good.

This property is excellent. It’s close to everything but off the main drag. Parking is free and so is breakfast. It’s quiet and clean and the staff is great!
