It was in a great location and it was super clean! It smell clean when I walk in! The staff were so nice and caring! The breakfast was great! The heated pool and hot tub was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!
I would should suggest not having the same meat for breakfast everyday! Switch it up!

We loved the room, plenty of space, loved having the mini fridge and microwave to use. The bathroom area was nice as well. Loved having the small patio and two comfy chairs to sit on. Enjoyed use of the outside hot tub and the two fire pits with chairs was nice. Breakfast was mediocre, we ate it both days because it was included for free and saved from eating out (spending more money) but would have liked to seen more options of cereal. Loved the location, seemed pretty central to the main street of pigeon forge.
Two elevators was down to only one working which wasn't ideal during the busy parts of the day, had to wait for a few more minutes. The second treadmill (closest to TV) needs to be lubed, the belt would stick every so often and almost made me trip several times (whereas the one closest to door was smooth and had no issues). More breakfast options would be nice.

The outdoor hot tub and indoor heated pool. Also loved that hot tub and pool were open late!! They need to advertise this because it’s something we look for as night owls.

Our stay met the expectations we have come to know with The Walden. The facilities were clean, it smelled great, the breakfast was fresh, the staff friendly. Once again, a great experience. The Walden has become our regular stay in the Pigeon Forge area.
The only issue we had was the elevator. There are two elevators in the building, and only one was working. They were doing cosmetic upgrades to the interior of the cabs. With having a sold out hotel, it was a little frustrating trying to get an elevator.

Elevator sucks and the jacuzzi outside was tore up. Kept over heating and shutting off. Not worth over 400 for 3 nights.
