The front staff were very friendly and helpful.
I stayed for 16 days. I usually stay in the hotels for a couple of weeks. At most hotels, they make your bed every day, and change sheets every 5 days. After 7 days my sheets aren't changed. I asked 4 different people between Saturday and Monday, including the lady that was cleaning my floor, but the bed was never made and the sheets weren't ever changed. I also asked for my floors to be vacuumed a couple of times. It never happened. By the time I left my floor had visible dirt. I change my sheets at home once a week. I asked 4 times, and it never happened. I should only have had to ask once, if at all. And beds should be made on each visit by room staff. My towels were changed, and my garbage emptied, every couple days, but that was it.

Never got to stay bc literally 10-15 minutes before we arrived for check in they called to say my room with 2 beds was no longer available and offered me a room with 1 king bed for FOUR people or to cancel my reservation. This was great news after driving over 5 hours. That’s terrible business and I will try very hard to not book with them again

Nothing!!
This property canceled my reservation because I was not there at 3pm check in time. The attempted to run my bank card twice before I arrived at the property. They did not take ownership of the cancellation but blamed it on booking.com

The facility was very nice and very clean, as was my room. It had all of the amenities I needed for my short trip. Check in was very easy, and the staff at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries available were good options. Most of the staff throughout my stay were very friendly and welcoming, as well. The lobby with comfy furniture, books, and a drink dispenser was a nice amenity to have. The secure parking was nice to have too.
The breakfast food options were satisfactory, but the breakfast beverages and cups were not available and needed to be refilled. Because of my schedule I needed a quick grab and go option. I only had time to grab food, and I picked up coffee outside of the facility. During my spare time at the hotel I went to the lobby to read. After getting comfortable with a water and my book the gal at the reception desk rudely demanded to know who I was, why I was there, and if I was waiting for someone. There is nothing wrong with asking to keep the facility secure, but a little hospitality and friendliness would have kept me from feeling unwelcome and like I was loitering. I finished my reading in my room to avoid further confrontation.
