The location
I told them several times my tv wasnt working they kept telling me they notified management everything me & my husband went to desk we didnt have tv access the whole stay they never address or get back to us we was very dissatisfied with not having the situation addressed or taken care of.

Nice safe location on I40 Eastbound (a bit East of Memphis). I have stayed there many times in past 20 years. Breakfast was adequate and area kept up. Parking lot was clean and lighted well. Water pressure was good in shower. The rooms were very clean.
Price too high based on condition of hotel. Needs renovation in rooms and bathrooms. Walls peeling or crumbling in bathroom and furniture old. Beds were very hard and so were the pillows. The bedspreads smelled like dry cleaning solution.

Location is nice and safe.
Staff was rude and had no idea how to cancel booking.com reservations.The pool was closed, there was a leak in the lobby, the convenience shop was empty, in my room, the bed was flat and uncomfortable, all the furniture was old and worn (looked like it was purchased at goodwill) shower was broken, and there was dirt and mold throughout.

Thought we’d booked a room with a sofa but got a chair instead. Picture of room showed a sofa. Was a little misleading. Need regular coffee maker. The single cup dispenser sucks! Not a fan of single cups, prefer a pot even a small pot.
