Overall Cleanliness of the facility and room
I arrived at the time of check-in I choose upon purchasing the room just to be told that I cannot check-in until after 2pm. This left me and my son with nowhere to go for almost 4 hrs until a room was ready

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was extremely dirty when I checked into the room, and the manager actually had to come clean it personally, which should never happen at any hotel. The entire property looks outdated and definitely needs major updates and maintenance. To make matters worse, there were gunshots heard close by the hotel during the night, which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible — the food tasted bad and did not seem fresh at all. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

I liked that it was clean
The shower head was running all night it wouldn't shut off it was running when I arrived at the room and it had a very strong odor of mold that made my head hurt I couldn't sleep well.

The front desk gave me a key to the wrong room and we had to make multiple trips down to the desk until they fixed it. The room we ended up with was absolutely disgusting, with dirty and stained sheets. There was zero breakfast at 6:30 when it was supposed to open. The parking lot was also completely full. Would not recommend.

I really enjoyed all the trash in the parking lot and the drunk guy that was singing next to the front door drunk!
