It was a good location. Right next door to Graceland, restaurants and gas stations.
The first room we were issued, the bed sheets hadn’t looked like they had been changed. We went downstairs to request new sheets and instead issued us a new room because there was no housekeeping. Also, beds are not the most comfortable, smaller sides and the tv remote didn’t work.

newly renovated room .close to attraction .
outside area ie pool and all areas within property badly in need of smartening up ,ie pool has missing tiles around edge also needs cleaning as water doesnt seam to be filtered also areas with lots of weeds and scruffy half filled plant pots.
also reception could not check in or out due to manager seemed to be only person able to access computer.

There was still food in the mini fridge from the guests before us,a used toothbrush left on the coffee maker and the floors were sticky.

No internet for 3 days, reception desk and room phones not able to make calls or receive calls.

The location to Graceland was fantastic! We could walk to & from Graceland. Avoiding the cost to park. The hotel was free parking so we didn’t have to spend any money on parking!
The hotel is in the middle of doing improvements so somethings have to be done- like washing the sidewalks outside the rooms. Get more of a selection for breakfast. Maybe some fresh fruits.
