The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
I didn’t eat breakfast there, as other Marriott properties I have stayed at offer a complimentary breakfast. I even had to pay $4.00 for a cup of coffee from their Bistro. There was complimentary coffee in the room, but no creamer. I felt “nickeled and dimed” when it came to these particular amenities. The lock on my door wasn’t functioning properly so it was very difficult to close from the outside. The water was turned off one day during my stay and didn’t come back on until after 9 p.m. No signs were posted in the lobby or elevators to notify guests that the water would be shut off.

Wonderful
Systems were down when I first got there, but despite that, the staff were very friendly and calmly explaining to each individual patron how they needed to fill out the form to check in.
The smell outside was a little off-putting, but the hotel itself inside and out was very clean

The front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating.
The first room smelled musty. The second room smelled like mold and had a torn curtain. The 3rd room was clean,smelled good but no shower curtain.

I didn't get the room I paid for,the showerhead did work right. I told the staff,they lied and said was fix and it wasn't. One fo thr dresser drawers didn't stay closed.

Disappointing
The rooms were clean except for black feathers on the floor. The staff were awesome. The parking lot guard needs some training.
Pool was permanently closed even though it says it has one on-line. Paid for maid services and got none. Had to call the desk everyday for towels, toilet paper etc. heard gun shots back of the hotel on the first night.

Good location from where we needed to be (HOSPITAL) Baptist East
I made my reservation through BOOKING.Com received a confirmation. Once I got there they couldn't find my reservation. They had a room I was able to get, and pay for at a different price. The Hotel had smell once you got on the floors. (MOLDY or Unclean carpet. Same in the rooms just not as bad. Would I stay there again NO. You think the name Marriott/Courtyard the facility would be of better quality. No Starbucks available as advertised.
