NOTHING. This place was just TERRIBLE, we would have left and demanded a refund but we were EXHAUSTED and literally barely made it to the room.
The only thing I can say we liked is that we were safe, in our own paid for space, and no one bothered us.
This motel was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! DIRTY, room smelled like years of cigarette smoking, water was brown in the shower, the smoke alarm had been removed, later found it in the closet, WOW. There was a wall plug outlet that was hanging off the wall with all the wires hanging out too, WOW, fire hazard!!!!! The beds hurt our backs and the pillows felt like lumpy clothes stuffed into pillowcases, WOW. Oh, and the headboards had oily handprints on them from obvious sexual activity that had gone on, I found the massage oil bottle that housekeeping ALSO MISSED, EEWWWWWW ??? The bathtub faucet was falling off and the water was either scalding hot or barely warm!!! Nicotine stains on the walls and ceiling ???
The pool and hot tub were under renovation, NO MENTION OF THAT ON THE RESERVATION SITE!!!!!!! We chose this place for the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. Breakfast was a joke, barely anything there, empty hot water bins that held nothing!!!
One of the elevators was out of order and the one that did work smelled like pukey cigarettes ?????
The parking was wonky and there was a lot of police activity going on right across the street and speeding police zipping around the backside of the motel, sirens and craziness, WOW.
Oh and there was no cable tv, it was some sort of antenna that made all but 2 channels fuzzy and hard to see and hear. WOW!!!! I cannot believe how BAD this place was!!!! Going to pursue getting either a refund or a room comped to us somewhere along the rest of our trip to California.

About the only thing we liked about this hotel was the price. The security from the staff was impeccable. These are the only two things that come to mind when I'm thinking of things we LIKED about this hotel
Not sure where to start. First we booked through a third party booking company online. The ad showed a jacuzzi and indoor pool, with nice breakfast. Since it was our son's birthday, we thought it would be great to get a hotel for the weekend and swim and get in the Jacuzzi. Once we get there the day before our son's birthday, I'm told there's NO hot water, the pool is under construction and NOT available. Also the breakfast we was SUPPOSED to have consisted of a few stale bagels, a small container of raisin bran, and a little milk. I was told by the manager there was 24 hr coffee, and the hot water would be fixed by morning. We'll 5am Friday morning came, our son's birthday, and NO hot water. BAD BAD business. We couldn't even take showers on our son's birthday. So that just ruined the day. Then we go down stairs for the 24hr coffee and the male staff was very rude and said there was no coffee, to come back at 7am. We didn't get hot water until Friday night. By this time, our son's whole birthday was ruined. We do see the potential this hotel could be, but at the present time, it's very UNDERWHELMING. Very unsatisfied family. Hopefully it'll be better in the future, we'd love to stay once it's up and running as it should be.

Rooms was disgusting, checked in and went to our room, room wasn’t cleaned used dirty towels was on bathroom floor, dirty used blankets on the bed, went to front desk and told lady at the desk and she laughed and said they don’t have housekeepers. She gave us a different room we got in that room and the sheets on that bed was used and nasty stains and blood stains dirt/food in bed, bathroom was not cleaned floor was not vacuumed, head board had someone’s hand prints all over it, went back down to desk and she asked a man if he cleaned it yesterday and then the man came and changed the bedding and cleaned for us, then 20 minutes later went to use the restroom and there was yellow globes of stuff on toilet paper, went to wash my hands and the pipe started leaking water so we called down to front desk and another guy came up to the room and said we will have to change rooms again, and took us to a different room and then told us to go to the front desk with him to get a key so we did and he told the lady and she rolled her eyes at him and then gave him the key for us, we go in to the room it reeks of marijuana we pulled the sheets down from that bed and there was cigarette burns on those sheets blood stains on those sheets, shoe prints yellow stains, the mini fridge was nasty we had to clean that our selfs, bugs behind the night stands, when we ran the water in the bathroom to get ready for bed the right side sink had brown water coming out of it!! the hallways on lever 5 and three smell like death, elevators by front door do not work, pool and hot tub do not work. This place is fucking horrible, as we checked out cockroaches was on the wall down the hall. I live 4hours and 30 minutes away and came in town for a convention and can’t find another hotel near, I have pictures of everything and I want a full refund

Everything on the website was false advertisement. The indoor pool was empty the hotel was unclean..the breakfast was almost non existent. The location was shady. The bath towels had stains one looked to be similar to blood

The price. That’s it.
The lobby looked great, but the room was disappointing. The bed/blanket were very uncomfortable, the lamps had broken lamp shades, the tub had peeling paint and visible mold/mildew, the toilet was loose and wobbled underneath me, and the breakfast was basically nonexistent (basic waffles with no butter, only three bagels in the case, no other hot food even though there were chafing dishes out). Also, there were ramen noodles in the sink drain, and the smoke detector was missing.

Location was bad. Saw two arrests within 5 minutes of arriving. Sirens all night from cops and flashing lights in my window. Poop on the walls and hairdryer was covered in what I PRAY was makeup and not blood. Place was disgusting. Also reached in the room. Staff was very friendly though.
Minimal cleaning was done in the room. There was makeup on my pillowcase which means sheets weren't cleaned. Room was filthy and basic cleaning wasn't done because my child showed me the dryer which looked like it was used to beat someone to death.

I honestly didn’t like anything. I really should have found another hotel, but I has a 6 hour drive and was exhausted. Upon arrival, it was dirty the smell of marijuana was so strong when I checked in, the counter person oh I need to spay something, 2 weeks ago I got a refund from a super 8 by Wyndham. It was worst then Memphis. I have learned if it’s anything by Whyndham…….do not book! They say you get what you pay for, rooms are cheap, and it’s very noticeable on why!

The location is terrible let’s just start here. The parking lot is nasty and needs to be cleaned up or it’s going to keep turning people away. The atmosphere once inside of this so called hotel is just nasty and off. The staff is rude and that alone need to be addressed immediately or it will cost you money and your business. Just don’t waste your time or your money on booking this so called hotel.
