Property was clean and staff was nice.
Breakfast options were a bit lackluster in comparison to other hotels I’ve stayed in. It was also very inconvenient when we arrived only 30-45 minutes earlier than check in and were told we couldn’t check in until 4. I’ve stayed in various properties including in Memphis that have allowed me to go ahead and check-in or at least offered an early check in fee since I am typically driving 5+ hours to get to Memphis. The staff was nice about it, but it was inconvenient.

They were friendly
They never gave us fresh linens or towels and we stayed 4 days and even went to the desk and asked multiple times. Also they have window air conditioners with birds so they are flapping and making noises early in the morning! They also never cleaned the room

The price was good for the room! The location was great, the room was a decent size, and a plus.. the bed was comfortable.
I didn't like the small, dimly lit parking area. The bathroom was a bit small and the sink was outside of the bathroom but not a big problem. The air conditioner seemed to work when it wanted to.

Other then the location and Mrs Brenda the night time front desk agent engender else was subpar
The fact the could hear traffic in the interstate all night and the LOUD ASS AC UNIT shot sums it all up

I liked the location and enjoyed the front desk staff.
I didn't like that I had a bad situation going on in my room and the management ignored the whole situation and didn't give me a called about it or nothing I had to keep calling her. She still didn't return my call after her investigation and im still waiting right today for that call. The staff was great and did they part by letting management know. I will not be returning there cause it seems that management didn't give a dam. I should of called corporate ?.

Really … not much!
Elevator…..Dirty! Front desk area… dirty at arrival, during and when we left. Staff unfriendly! Couldn’t locate our reservation. Noise factor… horrible, my friend would say „it seems that we just slept right on the highway „… so in general probably the worst experience that I had in terms of hotels!
