Good location. Nice layout.
Late checkin code information. No answer on Abode customer service phone number. The oven door was laying on the floor when I arrived. A safety hazard.

While accessing the property was cumbersome, I appreciated that security was a priority. The location is perfect for dining and bar hopping!
There are A LOT of stairs! Not for those with mobility issues or small children. Maybe the option of installing a baby gate?

The description of the property was accurate. It was nicely decorated, clean, and welcoming.
There were a lot of stairs. Also, every bedroom did not have a tv. Using gps to get to the property was bit confusing; however, it was in a secure, private area, so it eneded up being a plus.

Check in was so easy, we arrived put our door code in and we were straight in. The cooler was even on when we arrived so the place was nice and cool and clean. A few hours later I received a message from the host just checking in that we were ok and if we needed anything. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Apartment was amazing - very well appointed and decorated, ample space, beautiful, and very clean.
Nothing - took a few wrong turns to find the entrance since it is a gated community.

We loved that there was plenty of space for us to get our own room and the shared space was perfect for us to hang out together. All the rooms were a good size and very clean.
Unfortunately the neighbors next to us did not respect the quite hours and played very loud music until 3 or 4 in the morning. Because the walls are connected and this we heard everything. And one of my guess found it hard to sleep.

Good location. Cleanliness. Enough room for everyone. Garage available.
Communication wasn’t great. Multiple agents on the phone and not always aware of what to do. Some agents asked me for a picture of my online banking statement for verification purposes (I didn’t do it that was uncomfortable and kind of a breach of privacy to me). Also there were long waits on the phone half of the time.
