NOTHING THEY STOLE MY MONEY
I paid for my room in advance. They didn’t have a room for me and my family. I was stuck in Myrtle Beach without a place to stay

Everything. The older lady at the front desk was amazing and very friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. The beds where extremely comfortable! Very reasonable price. It's right there around a bunch of things to do and restaurants. Super close to north myrtle beach. A very beautiful area. Amazing location with very friendly people inside the hotel and around the area!
The free breakfast could have been better. Stocked better and more organization. I will still return. And recommend this hotel to anyone I know passing threw that needs somewhere to stay.

The staff, Stephanie and Ann Marie were a delight! The room was clean and comfortable. Location was spot on. A great value. Would definitely stay again.
Our room was connected to another room, and that guest was a tad bit noisy earlier in the afternoon. We had no issues at all during the night. Overall an excellent stay.

Furniture out dated and damaged,gap under the entrance door to the motel room. Mattress cover was dirty and had to be changed. Location was decent and close to stores and restaurants .

Room was clean & fresh looking.
All front desk staff king & professional except Monty. When asked why hot tub was broken, he replied it has been taken off website-which was a lie. Also the pool was freezing, too which he said hasn't worked all season.

Had to replenish coffee soaps and such daily ourselves..housekeeping was stingy,very!
Hosts were all awesome!

The location was perfect for all the activities that I had to do.
I was booked into a room where the phone didn't work. Reported it to the clerk on duty and was today he'd leave a repair order. The next morning I asked about the phone repair order and was told that there was none. She then said why do you need a phone most people have cell phones... Don't you have a cell phone?
She then repeated the same remarks to the Manger. I thought it was very rude. She eventually moved me to another room. The rude lady left the master key in the door of the I moved. I gave the key to another clerk.
The clerk seemed not to be customer service savvy to the the degree it hurt the image of the Hotel.
