Very Poor
Room was disgusting. Broken ceiling tiles, nasty walls, dirty dishes. Mold on the vents in the room, stove was leaning bad and cooked weird. AC was disgusting, has not been cleaned in quite some time. No one cleaned before we arrived, windows were nasty, floors were nasty.
We have been waiting for a refund of the first night, but have yet to receive it.

This was a terrible experience
The bed was not a queen. Both of our backs are out now. The staff didn't want me using the elect when I'm disabled. The wind from the balcony cathches the door and will slam your fingers in the door. This was a horrible experience. The fact the staff made it difficult to use the elevator and voiced their dislike for me using the elevator when I have heart failure was exhausting. Horrible experience I have nothing good to say about the place

Close to the beach, balcony was our favorite part of the room for sure. The staff member that checked us in was a very sweet girl.
Our ceiling and walls needed repaired. The television in the living room had ESPN, our room did not. My mother in law arrived a day later, and was given a hard time when trying to obtain a parking pass. It was already paid for, the employee just had no idea, and tried telling her she'd need to pay so much daily upon leaving.

The staff were amazing they did everything possible to fix the issues but the issues in the hotel are above and beyond their means of help!
The dishwasher did not work. The stove did not work. We had no balcony. The images of our room online did not match the room we were in. We were supposed to have 2 twin beds a king and a pullout. None of the rooms there even had those options available.The ceiling and windows leaked when it rained. I have never been so disappointed. The structure of the hotel is obviously compromised and needs to be inspected and parts of it need to be shut down before someone is hurt. Absolutely nothing at this stay was worth the money that I spent on it.

I love the location of this property and its convenience to everything.
This property is not kept up like it should be. I realize they are short staffed but there is no reason why the poop trash can for pets should be overflowing the entire week I was there. The last few days no one took out the trash from the cans at the end of our floors. Housekeeping never came by to clean. We asked the front office for towels to be brought up after the linen exchange closed and it was never done. The pools and pool deck both had copious amounts of sand in them, they should be vacuuming the pools and hosing off the pool deck each morning. The drink machine allows tap to pay and ask for numbers to select which item you want and there is no numbers just buttons to select and they do not work. The ice machine on the first floor does not work even though it was replaced during my stay. The elevators are disgusting and need to be remodeled or at-least cleaned. I noticed that they had been making some renovations to the outside and it appears that around 18 rooms had been remodeled. Per one of the maintenance men they only use the 5 maintenance men that they have on staff to renovate the hotel and only work on it during the slow season so upgrades are very slow. They really should hire a crew of actual contractors to complete renovations in a timely manner. Atleast some of the renovations that they’ve done look better but there are definitely some places where no thought or pride was taken in the work that was done. For example, it appears that they took the old signs that let you know what floor your on off the wall outside each elevator and just slapped a new number/sign on the wall without painting where the old sign covered, looks like Fido’s ass if you ask me.

The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The value for the money was good. The pool and area going to the beach are nice and convenient. Lots of convenient parking.
The common areas aren’t very clean. The property is old and needs painting, updated. The elevator was dirty and smelled bad. The condo needs painted, modernized, and only 1 burner on the stove worked.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The size of the room was just right. The kitchenette was a good size and could accommodate you for over a week.
When we arrived, I was SHOCKED that I had to pay a $20.00 PARKING fee, REALY? I could understand if we would have had an extra vehicle, but not for the only one there, PLUE, they had overflow parking. The room was a little dirty. There was hair in the shower and a lot of crumbs on the kitchen floor.

My stay was not good check into one room and it was filthy, but they said it had just been clean. So we checked into another room a little better, but not too much. The bathroom look really dirty.and The bed sheets did not smell fresh. The coffee maker did not work.and The couch, outdated and very uncomfortable Floors was very sticky.the outside balcony is so small.its Big enough for 2 small people.and they did not come and clean our room nor did they ask the whole time we was there which was 3 days

great location, very walkable and overall quiet. the staff was friendly and responsive, we ere able to park on the property side and appreciate the pet policy. whatever we asked for missing dishes, extra towels, toilet paper we got it. the beds were comfortable. and the space was overall roomy.
the cleanliness of the kitchen/main area was awful, dirty furniture, sticky cabinets and dirty walls in the front bedroom. we found empty chip wrappers on floor in bedroom and main room. we had a leak from window in main room during a heavy rain storm that flooded the floor and if it had kept raining would have flooded the back bedroom (carpeted). we got towels from the front desk but no offer to comp a night or follow up from staff. It was unexpected and hopefully the window was repaired but did not happen while we were there. if the place had not been full we would have asked for another room. it was just grimy and needed an update.

I booked a 2 bedroom because my 17 yr old grandson went with us. We received a 1 bedroom with only 1 bed so he had to sleep on the couch. My wife got trapped out on the 5th floor balcony because the sliding door came off the track and was very hard to open. Then the a/c wouldn't keep up. There were fleas everywhere and had to take my dog to the vet when I got home, costing me $641.00. When I complained to the staff I was wrong according to her.
All of the above plus the fact they don't serve breakfast. The parking was ridiculous as I have a large pickup truck and it was hard to find a place to park. Had to park across the street every time and fight the traffic to and from. The vending machines wouldn't work.
