Perfect location, just right at the beach! Plenty of shops and restaurants around.
Room was not the cleanest. Plankets, pillows and linen were not so clean. Walls are very light so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Furniture was kinda old.

The view was stunning! Aside from that - nothing. We were very excited to hear this property was being renovated and had high hopes when we were told we would be getting one of the partially renovated rooms for our weeklong vacation. From a short distance it looked like a beautiful property but as we pulled into the parking lot we knew we were in for a disappointment. **I will note that the manager was quick to address our concerns and to refund our entire stay without any hesitation.
The elevator smelled like mold/water damage. Once we got to our floor we walked pass unfinished maintenance and laundry areas that smelled like chemicals, sewage and gas. We then find ourselves in a nasty room with body fluids in and around the toilet and on the light switch in the bathroom, hair in the sinks/drains, stains that I don't even want to know how they got there. Keep in mind this was an "Oceanfront King Suite Apartment" and aside from the view I would rather sleep in my car. We brought our concerns to the front desk and were given the choice of two rooms on the first floor. We went to check them out and the one was very clearly damaged by water and never renovated so that was a no go. The second room we walked in and smelled some type of deceased and decaying animal at least I hope it was only an animal. At that point my husband was on the phone with the property manager who requested pictures of the "dirty room" and outdated and unsafe features. Immediately he offered to comp us the night and provide a full refund. Needless to say, we were checked in, refunded, checked out and in an Airbnb within an hour. I don't think it matters how much money they plan on putting into this property it is nothing short of a run-down motel. Trust the reviews when you read them! I learned my lesson. On a positive note, we ended up in the most BEAUTIFUL oceanfront condo just 20 minutes away for the SAME PRICE!

The view and the pool was ok. Though most of the hot tubs were down.
The rooms were horrific. Absolutely very very bad. Grotesque. Hairy. Stains...the bottom.of the line for.me.

The view and the staff and the room was really nice and clean and I love the fact that there was 2 pools.

To much price for room condition, room need repair and updated. And charge for parking after you pay to stay there. That crazy and ripoff. You pay a lot for room condition but parking.

The room was large enough for our group. Ocean view room & beach nearby was a plus.
We arrived to a dirty room. We requested some come clean it immediately, they sent maintenance up but he said we needed cleaners was going to notify the front desk. No one showed up and they refused to answer our calls from room or our cells. Woke up next day to the bathroom sink was leaking, maintenance came right up and fixed it. Next morning a woman shows up to clean with a rag spray bottle & swifter. No mop vacuum or bucket to scrub. The dirty room. We returned 2 hrs. later and there was still poop on the toilet side and hardened urine stains. I ran to the store and got stuff to scrub the room at my own cost. I should have been compensated but place refuses. Peter the manager returned not 1 call. This place needs a complete overall of staff and a better cleaning service. Pools & hot tub were not cleaned when we were there it had leaves, hair and bugs in both. When we got there only 1 out of 3 elevators worked and it did not go to the 7th floor so we had to carry all our stuff up a floor. When the one did open back up the floor stayed dirty and when it got wet it was muddy. This was my 4th visit and my last!!
