Location
Construction going on from 6 AM to 7 PM could not get any sleep not get any rest. It was the worst vacation ever. The construction crew stealing things off of my balcony, which was covered from my view by a scaffold.

The room was roomy and the jet tub the big windows oceanfront that is pet friendly the suite we had was nice but the construction noise was bad
Major construction going we could hear it from our room and event other the other side so very nosy the whole time had to ask for soap half the pools are not open did not see this on their website

Construction at hotel was horrible. No rest.
Rooms were filthy and you had to pay to park in their lot.

The location is great, access to the beach great, view great, outdoor recreation and pools great.
1, Waking up on a Sunday morning at 8 am after a long night trip, to loud construction and renovation Noice.
2, Hot water for showers and running water was insufficient. They stated to let all faucets run, so that the hot water can circulate, only to have the shower water stop!
3, The patio was un-swept with many mosquitos and spiders hanging around, so we swept and cleaned it ourselves in order to enjoy it.
4, Lastly, there were cigarette ashes on the windowsill in the bedroom.
