The rooms were spacious and clean.
The living room carpet needs to be replaced. There were too many stains on the carpet especially in front of the kitchen. There were no smoking signs posted all over the building, yet people were standing in front balconies smoking cigarettes. I don’t smoke, so I’m uncomfortable with the smell of cigarettes.

The apartment was nice and comfortable
It was a literal apartment. No gym 1 pool 1 hot tub and had ro walk a block for beach accress. All balconies were closed

It was nice being steps away from the beach.
I didn’t like that we were not allowed on the balconies. That’s part of Vacation is sitting on the balcony.

The first night the dish washer flooded the kitchen then the next day the AC flooded the hallway...the building manager was excellent he got his guys on it quickly but not having a dish washer the whole stay really sucked

Ocean front hotel
No microwave, balcony can’t be opened & used. Make sure to bring everything if you plan on cooking except the China and silverware.

Very spacious, very clean
We were u aware that work was in the process of being done so we couldn’t use the balcony. I love sitting early morning and late evenings on the balcony . But it didn’t take away from my family enjoying our vacation

The view was great and it was clean
There was no communication provided to me on how to check in. I was given incorrect info on where to pick up the keys and never told how to check out. The biggest issue was no one was allowed on the balconies. Is this building not safe? I was given no information on this or told beforehand. I would not have booked knowing the balconies were closed. This is a huge inconvenience to us.

The location & rooms were wonderful!!
Some of the TVs were hard to come on, when you got in the showers, it’s like you were sliding and they squeaked a lot. Some of the rooms were cold even with the heat on. Some of the light switches didn’t work as well.
