The view of the beach and easy access to the beach. Warm water swimming pool.
Building is dated. Needs work and a good cleanup. No indoor pool. Small pool was closed. No children allowed in Hot Tub, although many ignored this sign it could have been stated prior to booking. Onsite restaurant and bar not operating due to season. Although one probably can't expect much for $200 to $250 per night their are other better options. Compared to European destinations I'm finding the US to offer poor quality vs value paid. It's as if the industry is taking advantage of the US buying power.

I have stayed here before , and the stay was great , but this room , the beds where terrible and need to be thrown away , and there was a hole in the wall near the toilet with a towel wrapped around it , terrible

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was an unexpected bonus, and the location is perfect - laid back and the area feels safe.
I didn't realize that the room I booked didn't have a full balcony, with seating options. Instead, we had a standing room only balcony... which was okay, but I will keep it in mind for future stays.

Beautiful place..easy access to the beach
Rooms were small bathroom especially.. didn't understand why we had to carry out our trash after checking out.. bathtub was to deep to get in and out would definitely be hard for the elderly.
Didn't believe that complimentary coffee had no lids and no liquid creamer and just 8oz cups..

Much older, was not aware that it was timeshare. We were ask to commit to a 90 min information about Timeshare. Before given our parking pass, going to our room. We were called next day again. Booked room based on it being rated as 8.6. It was not!!

It was in a great area close to lots of restaurants and downtown is a very short walk. Has a full kitchen and living area. The view was beautiful from the balcony and a short walk to the water. The hot tub was nice as well. Receptionist was very friendly
