They upgraded us to a suite which was nice. We liked the large tv and the pools were fairly nice. The room was fairly clean, 7-8/10. The shower was also good.
The bathroom was rather small, but it was good enough for us to use, not horrible. We had a good living room space. I’m glad we were upgraded to a suite for no charge because if we’d had a smaller room, I think it would have been a little pricey for what we got. There could be some updates made to the interior, and the stove was old. However, we didn’t need to use it. The room was overall good. The breakfast was just ok. I enjoyed the potatoes. They have good options of toast and cereal. However with the hot food, you can tell the eggs are low quality, along with the breakfast meat. Could definitely improve on that. Service was hospitable. A man stopped vacuuming for me to be able to speak to my husband in the hallway which was nice! The parking is across the street which was okay, however it was hard to figure out when we arrived in the dark. Overall the stay was good, however we may choose a better option next time.

Ocean front location is wonderful
The parking is tight and some parking is across the street and one lot is behind some apartment buildings. The towels we got had some “stains” on them that made us wonder if they had truly been cleaned or folded and put back out.

The pools, the staff, the breakfast was decent and well stocked
The stove and oven didn’t work properly. The oven got so hot it was melting the knobs and warping them from the heat. The burners didn’t go to the stove and the knobs didn’t work well because they were warped and melted from the oven heat.

The view was great, the breakfast was good as well
Used coffee filter in the coffee pot. My husband and I got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes, we didn't get I'm sorry about that, didn't offer any form of communication, I work in customer service as well and if I had treated anyone like that I would more than likely be let go.
