The sheets for the bed was not on the bed properly. The room wasn’t clean thoroughly before we arrived. Smoking all throughout the resort.

I accidentally left my expensive camera there and didn’t realize it it for several days. When I called them they said they were keeping it for me. Wonderful service!! They are the best!

Easy access to the beach rooms we’re comfortable
Had a noisy baseball team being loud slamming doors beating on walls and railings called the front desk several times no one did anything about it

Great location to everything nearby, great view and access to the beach.
I was a little confused on why they had staff serving us the hot breakfast in a long buffet line with minimal space to walk and have access to the other items available for breakfast.

close to beach
the simple breakfast in the mornings the hostess were very nice

It wasn’t cleaned and it wasn’t near ocean view like we expected to be. Front office didn’t have a solution.
