It was very homely and in a great location. Very clean and rustic feel.
They kept me waiting on if we were able to rent the space or not. I decided to go through them instead of a 3rd party and I didn’t hear back from them for about a week. Then when I answered their question, I didn’t hear back until the day before we left. At that point, I already booked with a 3rd party to make sure I got the space.

This condo is very close to the beach, only a short walk.

This was our family's 2nd time staying here. The location is perfect close to everything and the beach is right across the street. Quiet area and no traffic. The pet friendly stay is a bonus.

I was very disappointed. I played phone tag with the contact person only to have my reservation changed from 3 to 4 to 7pm. I found out about the changes after arriving at the location. I called Trey??? Ten times after arriving without any answer. Around 8pm my family and I made a decision to head back home 2 1/2 hours away. Guest who called. Yes... no apology or reason offered for this delay or change.
It would be a great idea to have an office on the sight. It would make the stay of your guests a little more comfortable. The location was great literally 150 feet from the ocean. The room was not as clean as it could have been but that was the responsibility of the guests who were there before.

This was our second stay it this property, last time we stayed ground level, this time 2nd floor. Liked second floor better. Best part is the porch/balcony.
The balcony is solid, meaning that the dog cannot see out. Some people have noted this feature as a positive as their dog doesn't bark at passersby, but my dog really wanted to see out! As in our past stay on the other side of the building, the bedroom doesn't get dark when you go to bed because outside lighting (parking lot on one side, hotel on the other) comes through the blinds (they should be room darkening).

It was a great location. Beautiful ocean view. We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Love the fact we could bring our fur baby.
Got a very noisy people next door on our last night. Very annoying thin walls.

Pleasant
The location was nice. Perfect little walk to the beach and the sunrise and dolphins could be seen from the balcony.
The smoke alarm was not hooked up, there we spots on the ground from other pets that weren’t cleaned, and other small areas that hadn’t been cleaned prior.

The location was amazing. A walk across the street to the beach, 5 minute drive to Barefoot Landing which offers restaurants and entertainment. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance guy who came to help when we had an issue with the lock on the front door. The unit was stocked with pots/pans, plates, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The studio was honestly not that clean. Dirt on the floor, smudges on the walls and counters from previous renters, fridge doors were gross, and the smell of must/mold throughout was a major turn off. The unit felt stale and damp.
