Floors could use a good cleaning. The concrete parking dividers were an obstacle when entering/exiting vehicles. When someone is walking around upstairs, it’s very loud. It sounds like they are stomping around.

It had no washer and dryer in the condo like it said on line !! You had to use quarters for the washer and dryer downstairs and accept that place!!!

This property is clean and spacious and even allows pets . I have a chihuahua and i’m glad he could come because he is my son. I also loved the huge balcony that overlooks the area. The price is amazing. I will be back .

We loved that it was pet friendly!! We rescued our dog recently and he needed a vacation just like we did, he loved the beach so much!! We also loved the convenience of the condo. My girls loved the beach and the master bed was incredibly comfortable!! We will be back!
Only think we didn’t like was the lack of tvs. There is only one in the living area and that’s it. But obviously not a deal breaker!

Beautiful place and location
Walls are very thin and with disrespectful residents it can be unpleasant.. Updated furniture and bed would make things much better stay.. Better effort on cleaning too..

The property was super close to the beach, about a 2 minute walk! The condo was comfortable and the porch had a beautiful view!
There was a lack of necessities, we only received a quarter roll of toilet paper, no basic seasonings, a lot of unnecessary trips to the store, but overall it was a great stay!

It was very homely and in a great location. Very clean and rustic feel.
They kept me waiting on if we were able to rent the space or not. I decided to go through them instead of a 3rd party and I didn’t hear back from them for about a week. Then when I answered their question, I didn’t hear back until the day before we left. At that point, I already booked with a 3rd party to make sure I got the space.

The location was ok
It was dirty and old not clean mold smell and mold walls. The heat didn't work good we stayed cold
