The property manager and owner were very nice and the location was so close to the beach it was very nice. They were very understanding with our dogs and their barking when we would first left and came back. The view from the porch was also wonderful not beachside but beautiful sunrise.
Beds were a hard but sleeping in them was doable. This wasn’t the property at fault but our last night someone below us was blasting music and smoking weed right below the property but neighbors at a property are a unsure addition anywhere and we were blessed with the first three nights being peaceful and lovely

The location of this condo is perfect and being able to bring our fur baby is priceless! The whole process checking in and out was easy. Even with the location being so close to the beach and other nearby attractions, we never had any problems with noise. We will be back!

Loved the porch. My dog loved the porch. I liked the location.
We had to keep our shoes on till we swept floors. There was a lot of sand in floors. Couldn't use washer or dryer. Boxes on machines hadn't been emptied so they would not work. It would be nice if tv was in master.Also, there was no grill.

I loved how close to the beach I was in this condominium. The shower located in the back was convenient to prevent us tracking sand inside and the parking right out front was amazing.
As soon as we walked inside, we noticed a leak in the kitchen floor. I texted the rental staff about the leak but nothing was done about this issue. The shower water does not get hot at all, so we had to take cold showers throughout our stay. When booked there was a mention of a washer and dryer however there was no mention that it was a paid washer and dryer, and I could not get the washing machine to work at all therefore we were unable to wash and dry our clothes during our stay. It is a pet friendly unit however there are signs inside stating to not let the pet on any furniture because of tenants possibly having allergies... I don't see why someone with allergies would book a pet friendly unit.

The location, close to barefoot landing and the beach. Loved that our unit had a king sized bed plus 4 single beds! It was amazing having 2 full bathrooms! Parking right in front of our widow! I'm hoping to book again next year!!
The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but it is probably way more firm than I like, but other than that everything was great!

I loved that it was right on the beach and I loved that no one had to share a bed.
We went a whole week with no hot water!! I also didn't like that I had to pay to use the washer and dryer, and I was so worried about getting a cleaning fee even tho the place looked like it was hardly cleaned from the last person who stayed. Dust all over the walls and air vents. Sand was all over the beds and the couch. So we had to clean the whole first day we arrived. Also the front door didn't want to stay shut. There also is only one TV and it's in the living room.

The location. The balcony was nice to sit out on there were rocking chairs. I got my deposit back quick. Close to everything you needed. Able to walk to the beach in seconds and get back home was cool. Fridge was good too and being able to cook with everything I needed.
The bed in the master was very lumpy. The kids were ok with the bunk beds.It was ok clean I found sunglasses left in the bathroom, had to wash the dishes again….its surface clean. I left it cleaner than they did. No tv in the rooms only living room. Not a lot of channels to choose from. My bank updated credit cards so I had a time with my payment having the old one recorded on file. When you are charged, it’s 50% of what you owe for your trip. It won’t be taken all at once. There is a 200 cleaning fee. It will be taken 2-3 weeks before your trip. If you have any issues with your card you will be charged additional 35 fee for each failed time….regardless of the situation. Also if you’re driving more than 1 vehicle don’t. For 5 days it’s 100 bucks extra charge and the parking is TIGHT. In the pic we stayed at the top right.

The proximity to the beach was a 2min walk, eye view from balcony.
No swimming pool, out dated decor, no newer appliances. Lots of stairs to climb if you’re assigned one of the upstairs units.
